Nani challenges nagarjuna?

credit to:tollywood.net Natural Star Nani is currently basking in the glory of his recent offering Jersey. He is also working with Vikram K Kumar’s upcoming directorial venture Gang Leader. On Friday, the makers have locked 30th August as its release date. It means Nani is challenging Akkineni Nagarjuna. It is known the news that Nagarjuna is also busy in the shoot of upcoming project Manmadhudu 2, in which Rakul Preet Singh is playing the lead role. Nagarjuna is also planning to release Manmadhudu 2, on the occasion of his birthday which falls on 29th August. As Gang Leader is arriving on 30th August and Manmadhudu 2 on 29th August, both the movies will compete with each other at the box office. Though Nagarjuna has not made an official announcement regarding the release of Manmadhudu 2 till date. Jersey movie trailer and review|Nani next movie

After delivering back to back flop movies, Natural Star Nani is coming up with sport based drama Jersey, in which he will be seen sharing the screen space with U Turn fame Shraddha Srinath.  Today the makers have released the trailer of Jersey, Nani himself also shared the YouTube link of Jersey trailer on his Twitter and wrote, “April 19th will be very very special! #JERSEYTrailer

Nani is playing the role of Arjun, a 36-year-old father whose cricketing career failed to take off during his younger days. But he is confident and says, “I want to start from where I left ten years ago.”

Nani starrer Jersey is all about the journey of  Arjun and his relationship with his son, who inspires him to return to the sport. Written and directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri of Malli Raava fame.  Shraddha Srinath is playing the female lead and apart from the lead pair, the film has other stars like Sathyaraj, , Brahmaji, Subbaraju, Rahul Ramakrishna in supporting roles.



The pre-release event of Jersey  will be held on 15th April in the presence of big names of Telugu Film Industry. ‘Jersey’ is a sports drama, produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments banner. cinematography is handled by Sanu Varghese and Anirudh Ravichander has scored the music
